    Seriously, don't lose sleep over it, because that quota stuff is utter cow poo. If you didn't pass, it's because the examiner didn't think you were ready, if the examiner was being picky it's because he felt you were not ready and needed to find points to pick on in order to keep you off the road a little longer.

    It's weird, guys tend (as in quite often) to just take it on the chin and everyone expects them to, but women tend to be so wrapped in cotton wool (increasingly likely the more attractive they are) that people lie to them and say it was all about the evil examiners "quotas".

    If anything their "targets/quotas" are allowing unsafe drivers onto the roads.

    If you think about it, failing people for no good reason just creates a backlog of people, they're all going to pass eventually, so what is the difference between them passing this week or next week, more people will keep coming and eventually there's going to be a week/month where crazy numbers of people are going to have to pass.
