Issue with Admiral Law claim - not answering phone or emails

Just over two years ago a claim was made in my name with Admiral Law following a car accident.
Around May I was contacted by Admiral Law to say that the claim was close to being settled but I should not accept as they did not believe I was being offered enough compensation.
I told them I was hope to accept and just wanted the claim settled. However, they were very insistent that I shouldn't accept and kept repeating that I should say no to the point where I had to give in and go with what Admiral Law said.
Around September I contacted them again and was told that the necessary paper work was being done and it would be settled very soon etc.
Now I cannot get in contact with them. I am calling the case handler everyday and leaving a voice message but no reply and I cannot get through to speak to a human. I have also sent emails to the case handler but no replies.
Two other people who were involved in the accident received their settlement over a year ago. One of them almost two years ago.
I have no idea what I should next. Any advice? I just want to speak to somebody.
Many Thanks.

Make an official complaint over the matter"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

In your place, I would not make any more calls.
I would draft an official letter of complaint and post it (recorded) to the postal address mentioned on their contact us page https://www.admirallaw.co.uk/contact-us.php
I would also email them (attaching a scanned copy of the letter posted) the complaint.
After they have been given 8 weeks to resolve the issue, you can complain to the legal ombudsman (process is detailed here https://www.admirallaw.co.uk/our-complaints-procedure.php)

Hi,
I was just wondering if this issue has been resolved? I'm having exactly the same issue with Admiral Law and they are driving me crazy, never responding to my emails, yet they want to take 25% of whatever it is I am entitled to due to the "work" they have done. Very unimpressed, it's been nearly a year since this started.
If you have any advice on if/how you resolved that would be great!0
