Happy to report today received 3 years back dated 25% single occupancy refund and the rest of the years council tax paid from the rebate.
All in all over £1200 from something I stumbled upon by accident when looking to see if carers allowance is going up next year,its not until at least 2020 but £1200 softens that blow.0 -

This carer discount must be one of the few times England is more advantagous to carers that Scotland as its the high rate only in Scotland, my fault for not checking first.0
