City of Stories has talked the lovely people at Woodforde’s Norfolk Ales into sending one lucky winner a mixed case of 12 Woodforde’s beers (550ml) which includes their core favourites; Wherry, Nelson, Nog and Bure gold. It’s all pure Norfolk and will arrive in time for your Christmas celebrations – hurrah we shout. So if you cannot make it to Norwich for this wonderful annual brewery event the brewery will come to you - well, almost!


Terms and conditions

This is a free prize draw, the winner will be the first name selected from all the entries following the prize draw after the close date. This close date is midnight on 4 December 2016. Open to over 18s only. Open to UK residents only. Prize will be shipped prior to 16 December 2016 anywhere in the UK. The prize is as stated, is not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prize is subject to availability and the prize suppliers’ terms and conditions. The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competition at any stage. When we run a competition or offer with a promoter where that promoter is responsible for the provision of the offer or prizes then VisitNorwich Ltd will not be responsible for or have any liability for the provision of those offers or prizes. We reserve in all cases the right to replace the stated prizes with other prizes that we consider to be of similar equivalent value. Suppliers cannot be held responsible for the breakdown in communication systems that may result in an entry not being registered. All entrants will automatically be signed up to received VisitNorwich’s City of Stories e-newsletter. The closing date for receipt of entries is as stated for each individual competition. The winner(s) will be drawn at random from all valid entries, and will be notified by email or phone within two weeks of the closing date. The winner will be randomly chosen from all entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material. The winner will be confirmed in writing. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact a winner. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or doesn’t respond within 10 days of being offered the prize, or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random. Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision. VisitNorwich Ltd and any associated promoters, bear no responsibility for any entry which is incorrectly submitted, lost, damaged, and incomplete or received after the closing date. Competitions/prize draws may be modified or withdrawn at any time. No purchase is necessary. Only one competition/prize draw entry per household is permitted via online route of entry, and no bulk or third party entries are permitted. Entrants who appear to have used any of these entry methods including multiple entries from the same IP address or telephone number, unless the Specific Rules state that multiple entries are permitted will be disqualified. Detail of the winner(s) can be obtained by sending a SAE marked with the name of the competition to VisitNorwich Ltd, 2 Millennium Plain, Bethel Street, Norwich, NR2 1TP, United Kingdom within 21 days of the closing date of the promotion. Details of all entries will be kept on a database but will only be passed to third parties to allow administration of the competition and prize fulfilment unless you specifically allow the data to be shared. This is the only occasion when another organisations apart from VisitNorwich Ltd will have access to your information unless entrants have ticked a consent box for data to be shared with the competition/prize draw/offer partner. The sponsor will be named in the text next to the tick box and if the box is not ticked your data will not be shared. Any use will be in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All entrants to competitions and offers are deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them, and agree to co-operate in any publicity that may arise which may include their name or image being used on websites, magazines or mobile services at any time as a result of the competition.
