A parking charge from smart Parking re parking in Matalan Boston, on the day the parking meter was out of order it had taken people's money and was not issuing tickets. Appeal made on their site advising the machine was not issuing tickets at the time, and they must have realised this, there was obviously several people without tickets because of this issue. What else can be done, really worried as charge is unaffordable. I don't want any court dealings any help please

Edit your post to remove references to who was driving
Then read up the newbies faq thread for advice on how to deal with this.
You are a long time away from having any "court dealings", so don't let that come into your decision making over this, and cross that bridge if and when it turns up0
