day 2 and all is well so far!!
had sushi for lunch and a fantastic sweet/spicy chickpea stew type thing for dinner! found the recipe in the new covent garden soup recipe book (even though its not a soup) even mnaged to resist a big chocolate pudding brought into work by collegues
did have a penguin (biscuit not bird :rolleyes: ) after tea but i figure a little bit of what you fancy is ok........- prior planning prevents poor performance!

I was doing really well today until my 'friend' brought in some cakes leftover from a buffet lunch at work Oops!:o Still, not bad overall and I promise to go for a swim before work tomorrow to make up for them!:D0

Hi everyone. We have had a lot of interest in healthy eating and weight loss recently and there are just too many threads popping up. The board guides have decided that the fairest way to do this is to have one thread which should keep all the weight loss discussion together.
