Hazard Warning Lights
It seems clear from everyday driving that by activating your hazard warning lights you can park on pavements , block the entrance to the doctor's surgery , ignore any form of traffic regulation order and leave your vehicle in the middle of the road.
I wonder if shoplifters are exempt from prosecution if they put them on?

On some car models it's the only way to see any flashing lights as the indicators don't seem to function in the conventional sense.I don't like morning people. Or mornings. Or people.0 -
If you have a teddy bear or baby on board sticker on the back of your car you can also park in family bays0

Before my Mum passed away at the age of 87, I always parked in the Parent & Child spaces when I took her shopping. The extra width available helped when getting her wheelchair out of the car and with loading up her shopping. I didn't have any of those stickers in my car.
We were never challenged."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0 -

Scoredraw then as I never get challenged when I park in a disabled bay without a blue badge.0 -

One of my pet hates is people who park in legal parking spaces at the side of the road but put their hazard lights on.
That means that, unless they are the first car in the parking spaces, anyone driving along looking for a parking space only see the right hand indicator and think someone is about to pull out and make a space for them.
First World Problems eh?0 -

Same with rear fog lights when it isn't foggy/raining. Car up front is braking - no he isn't - yes he is - no he isn't. Not the best thing in fast traffic on a crowded motorway. If someone is nice to you but rude to the waiter, they are not a nice person.0
