UK Parking Limited - Court Papers

Hi all,
So I've had court papers from UK Parking Limited. I made the same mistake a few people appear to be making and followed the pre-2012 advice of completely ignored a 'parking fine' from a private company. I realise this is stupid now....
The original ticket is from 26/04/2016. As stated I ignored everything, I didnt even keep a copy of the letters they sent me  The tickets for parking at Castle Car park in River Street, Windsor. This isnt a retail car park, its purely a private car park.
I'll admit it, i tried to pull a fast one before I got the ticket. This car park changes £4 for any kind of parking... My original plan was to spend 5 minutes parked up without a ticket and quickly ran a errand in town. My 5 minutes ended up turning into 20 minutes when I returned to a ticket. I've just received the usual Money Claims Online count papers and found out how silly it was to ignore the original letters.
The particulars of the claim are that I failed to display a valid pay and display ticket, the terms of which I agreed to be bound by by using the site. The amount claimed is 175 (which includes 8% interest) + 25 counts fees + 50 legal = 250
I've acknowledged the claim online and am in the process of trowelling this forum for my defence. Because I've just blatantly not brought I ticket I'm struggling to come up with anything that I can use other then the usual:
Can anyone suggest any other avenues I can go down?
Regardless of my rubbish defence I'm not paying and will make sure a defence gets submitted. My real hope is they fail to turn up to a court hearing and getting this thrown out. Could the County Court system read my tame defence beforehand and award it to the claimant before it gets this far?
Thanks for any help in advanced.

1) I'm the registered keeper of the vehicle but am denying driving at the time. The claimant has yet to provide any evidence of who was identified as the driver, or positive proof that my car is the car pictured in whatever proof they have..
2) that they are not the land owner and have yet to provide me with the contract that states they can issue fines to parking at this site.
3) and to argue against them being able to add legal representation fees?

Signs. Have you pics of the signs as it all turns on that.
Compare them to a PE sign which are very clear. Also get Google Street View pics of the area and entrance signs - if any.
UKPL do bottle these if the challenge is strong enoughThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
I unfortunately cant get to the carpark get pics so I'll have to reply on Google Street view. There's only 1 entrance to this car park and there is a pretty prominent Pay and Display sign as soon as you drive in so what could I possibly argue?0

It's the text on the signs that is important but if you cannot get a pic, that's an initial problem but not insurmountable as you can get something later.
Just put in a template defence to their template claim, and post it up here for refinement.

Have a look at the NEWBIES thread under 'small claim?' for example defences and copy their style, you will see you have more. IamEmanresu is right, we are unlikely to write your defence but we always help/advise someone who drafts one.
Also search 'UKPC claim' on this forum and you will find defences by people who have won this year (more have won v UKPC than lost - and losing is NOT the end of the World, just means you would pay, no CCJ or anything). £250 is MOST UNLIKELY.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
