Changes in HSBC

Much preferred the old HSBC layout . May have missed it but dont think they have even taken the opportunity to put the going interest rate on your various accounts , either , which woud have been an improvement. I thought about a year ago, it was going to be a legal requirement to state interest rate on your actual account page?

Totally agree, the new layout is pathetic. All that space and you are lucky to see 5 transactions on the screen at one time.
Send them a complaint, the more people that do, the quicker the monkey who agreed the changes gets the boot.
Everything was fine with the old layout, the new one requires multiple clicks to move money, even then the details of payees aren't clear.
The new layout, offers nothing, it's a backwards step.0 -

I'm satisfied with it. I think it's much easier to send a payment.
I agree with the point about payees though and about the number of transactions on screen. For the latter though a click on view more displays many, many additional.0 -
When I click to view my ISA the interest rate is displayed now.0
