Nationwide Child Beneficiary

My wife has just received a letter from Nationwide about Child Beneficiary and an International tax compliance regulations self-certification form. We do not have any children living abroad. Rang Nationwide and they said ignore it without taking any details from us. Anybody enlighten us as to what is going on?
