Hi
My spouse had a PCN in August. Did not appeal within the 21 days.
Have had the Notice to Keeper in October. We have been silly! and listened to voiced opinions of "ignore the notice" etc etc
Do we have a right to appeal to ppc regarding the · The charge is disproportionate and not commercially justifiable
We've also noticed that it says "if you consider there to be exceptional circumstances as to why you should be allowed to appeal outside of this period the send your reasons to us"
Appreciate it may be a bit late now but any advice gladly received

can you appeal to ARMTRAC ? - yes , but they will turn you down flat as there is no money in acceptance
the not a gpeol is dead in the water since BEAVIS lost 12 months ago at the Supreme Court , so no chance with "excessive" or "disproportionate"etc
as you have been ignoring this so far, you send the IPC template from the newbies sticky thread and then ignore anything except a legitimate LBC or MCOL0 -

There are loads of posts about these scammers and the IPC. Just do a search of this forum to find more.
When you send the IPC template, do not amend it, and under no circumstances reveal who was driving.
