This in my inbox just now, allegedly from NatWest. "Pay someone new without a card reader".
It looks very genuine, and who knows, it probably is.
Would you click on either of the two download buttons and download some stuff that allows payments of up to £250 to be made to new payees, without you needing to confirm the new payee?

The details do seem to match the description of their mobile banking app on their website: http://personal.natwest.com/personal/ways-to-bank/mobile-app/payments.html
But regardless of whether it looks genuine or not, I never click on links within emails from my banks. I always go to the website using the address that I know, and look to see whether there is information about the service being advertised. What's more, shame on Natwest for sending out an email like that0 -
I wouldn't either, for the fact that's been listed that 1 shouldn't click on a link even if its from a bank.0
