1. It is a condition of entry that each Entrant must be resident in the Mainland United Kingdom and be aged 18 years or over. Employees and agents of ‘COOK Trading Ltd’ (referred to herein as COOK), and their associated companies (including the families of such employees and agents) are not eligible to enter the Competition, nor is anyone connected with the Competition.
2. The final closing date for the Competition is 23.59 on Wednesday 30th November 2016. Any entrants after this date will be invalid. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted. COOK accepts no liability for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
3. Entries must not be sent through agencies or third parties.
4. The winner will be chosen at random from all entries submitted.
5. There prize is £300 of COOK Party Food. The prize has no cash value. Any additional food required will be charged for at the normal price.
6. The prizes are subject to availability and in the event of unforeseen circumstances, matters outside of its control or unavailability of any prize (or any constituent part thereof), COOK reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal value.
7. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the competition winner by email within 4 working days of said closing date. If there is no response from the competition winner within a week of said communication, COOK reserves the right to choose another winner.
