    I think Bargepole will be very pleased.

    I like a few others contributed earlier today before the thread vanished. Shame that but the target will be reached and we all look forward to a positive result

    I think we would all agree that Bargepole should treat himself to a nice bottle of vino for doing this

    on another forum , I read that over £300 has now been raised , and as posted previously someone else who will underwrite the travel costs for a Lay Rep or McKenzie Friend.

    the annoying thing is that after this case is won , they will continue (probably illigally*) to send out 100s or 1000s of "begging letters" to people who have not heard the result.

    only a few will know about the case and will quite legally reply "Arkell v. Pressdram"


    * obtain info from the DVLA whilst not complying with KODOE agreement , however as thec DVLA often say , its down to the ATA to watch its members , and the ATA is ,,,,
