Is anyone else having a problem checking email on yahoo it just wont let me into my mail just keeps saying cannot find server

    no problems for me - it's working fine.

    I take it you can gte to other pages OK? Try clearing your cookies & temp internet files & try again.

    Well at least now i know it is not only me , i have tried deleating temp files and cookies but i still cant get on it

    I wonder if it was a problem with Firefox... I started being unable to use yahoo after it told me Firefox needed to update.

    I finally let it do it and it's now working.
    My TV is broken! :cry:
    Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j

    People are posting on Yahoo answers about problems accessing Yahoo email via a web browser. Seems to be hit or miss about who is being impacted.

    I've had the same problem. Couldn't access my Yahoo emails after updating Firefox.

    I've run CCleaner which deletes cookies and old browser files etc.

    Now everything is working fine.

    If there is anybody out there that doesn't know about CCleaner it's a great easy way to keep your computer a bit cleaner. ( CCleaner = crap cleaner)

    Had exactly the same problem. Started around 12.30am today, so I did the whole works with CCleaner, Spybot and adaware (found nothing untoward). Tried logging on to my email at work around 1.30pm and still couldn't get in. Within minutes it was fine and seems normal again.

    I had trouble with normall Email today, maybe there was a network problem somewhere.
