Parking eye fine Wigan
Triciad
I am very upset, angry, scared....Please help... I received a parking fine from Parking Eye at a Range Store in Wigan, I had parked, went in to the store drove out, then realised I had forgotten an item and I drove back on and went in to the store for a second time, I have 2 receipts to show my 2 visits, I sent copies to parking eye and they are still pursuing the parking fine.
After following the process and contacting Popla with my unique number they told me the number was invalid, I then went back to Parking Eye to inform them of this, I got no reply. Suddenly at the beginning of October I received a letter asking me would I be admitting to the fine or would I be disputing the fine...all done on a letter stating it was from a County Court, I returned my reply stating that I would not be paying anything, explaining that I had made to visits to the store.
After supplying both receipts and explaining my 2 visits to the store they are still pursuing the fine and have now sent me a NOTICE of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track, which talks about mediation.....I am at a loss and do not have a clue what to do with this form.....can anyone please help and offer me some guidance on what to do next ??? :-( :-(

when did this happen , and do you still have that popla code?
I think a complaint may be needed to the BPA regarding the popla code , but in the meantime bargpole has replied on your other thread with a link about court papersSave a Rachael

I think I do still have the code, will route it out

if the papers are from Northampton Bulk Centre then they will be genuine (even though you seem dubious about them)
read this blog which explains where you are probably at
http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co.uk/2016/11/sleepwalking-into-disaster-never-ignore.html
then read the bargepole threads about what to do
here is what he posted in your duplicate threadEverything you need to know is in here: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5546325
By the way, it's NOT a fine.0
