Underpinned by Taylor Wimpey in 2012 due to signs of subsidence in neighbouring prope

Hi Guys,
My offer for an 2 bedroom property has been accepted but just before my mortgage appointment I have seen a note on the Rightmove on this property saying :
Agents Note:
This property was underpinned by Taylor Wimpey in 2012 due to signs of subsidence in neighboring properties. As a result, the property is still covered by a warranty.
I have then checked with the agent who says it is another property on the same road for which the Taylor Wimpey has underpinned all the properties on that road for free.
Please advise me whether I can go ahead and buy the property.

Agent saying subsidence was found on the neighboring property so Taylor Wimpey ( Company) has underpinned all the blocks and properties for free on that Road. This particular property was not subsidence.0

How do you know you won't get problems with YOUR potential property later?
Of course the agent will downplay it, he's trying to get a commission!
What year were the houses built?0 -
I think it was around 2011 or relatively new, not that old. Flat and the area are so good that I am still thinking, That is the reason I wanted to check in this forum for valuable advises0

So one year and TW had to underpin their new build. Alarm bells would be ringing for me.
How can you possibly trust workmanship on that development?
Price wise how does it compare to similar properties locally?0 -
There was a place not far from where I used to live where they built houses on land that was too soft. If the land isn't suitable for building on are you going to get problems even if underpinned? How does the price of the property that you are looking at compare to other properties that haven't been underpinned?0
