Hi guys and gals. Not sure if this is the right place to post.
Basically I have a business selling airsoft items.
I want to move forward and rent my own grounds to run airsoft games (think paintball style events)
Two issues pop up.
*Money issues
*Finding space local enough to me.
Where would I find a good company to get a loan from to aid me in my idea.
I don't have a massive turn over from the store so I wont be able to be able to pay back a lot, maybe if there was a grace period that would help.
Any ideas send them my way.
Cheers

These days, you're not likely to get much in the way of loans from the banks. Your best bet is probably to go down the crowd funding route.0

If you are going to rent the grounds then why the need for a loan?0 -
Up front cost of setting the grounds ready for gaming. Sites cost thousands to set up sometimes.
Also if its upfront cost for the rent for so many months, per quarter for example.0 -
No idea how much of an obstacle it might be, but you are probably going to need planning consent for change of use. If you have nearby neighbours there are likely to be objections on the grounds of disturbance, parking, traffic, etc.
Have you spoken to your local planners to see if this is likely to be possible?0 -
Im not sure of the area you live, but have you searched for any local Enterprise Partnerships? I used to have a small business and getting a grant from the local partnership was pretty easy to be honest. If you have something original or not the 'norm' they are pretty helpful and generous.0
