                    Hi all,
A friend has received a County Court Claim form RE a parking ticket with the following fees:
Amount claimed: £162.30 (£150 + interest)
Court fee: £25
Legal representative's costs: £50
Total : £237.30
So if you lose the case, you are ordered to pay the full total? Are there any other hidden costs? What Legal representative's costs?
Thanks in advance.

the £50 could be removed so typically around £180 and maybe as high as £250, or the figure above , depending on the judge and the decision
it could even be a lot less , sometimes a judge will award say £10 , so anything between zero and £250 would be typical0

Strange how they charge interest on the £50 over the initial charge right from the date of the charge, considering the £50 was either never even incurred as a cost, or even if it was, it was only much later in the process. This attempt at fraud should be pointed out in the defence.Amount claimed: £162.30 (£150 + interest)0

Apart from the ticket were debt collector letters received ?
Do you know where the £150 + interest comes from ?
READ THIS, they are IPC/IAS members of the Gladstones money making sham club

You can see from the posts above that your friend could be the victim
of attempted fraud to extort money by Gladstones Solicitors0

Yes debt collectors letters were received. Bounced around multiple collectors (PCS, Zenith, gladstones). Most said £150 but some offered discounts (£80 zenith) .0
