Wright Hassall Letter

My husband received a parking ticket from Indigo for non payment but the machine was out of order - he chose to ignore it and then received letters from ZZPS and now has a letter from Wright Hassall asking for payment of £196 within next 14 days else they may recommend court proceedings. I realise that we should of appealed in the first instance with POPLA but now it's too late for that - can you please advise what we should do now (obviously not pay!) but should we write to 'Wright Hassall' or continue to ignore?

you should respond using the same "template" letters used by hundreds of other members on here with similar issues

use the forum search box and WRIGHT HASSALL or similar to find them

    you definitely SHOULD NOT IGNORE

    Same advice as here:

'should of'? What does that mean then?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
