Help british gas
Hi my 87 yr old dad has got a gas bill sent to him after two years, I tried writing a letter quoting the 12 month back paying agreement which they have refused. They quoted in their letter it does not fall under the back billing agreement. As previously they stated all bills went to MTTCAABZM Regenda Group (His Landlord) and they only contacted them them on 13th September 2016 to make them aware he was liable for the property.
They are saying this is now a third party dispute between the landlord and my father, how can this be when he never recieved the bills from either party and all bill went the Regenda.
regards
SC
