Watching films offline

Pl what programmes or films I can download and watch offline using android or ipad? I am subscribed to Netflix but cannot watch it offline. Thanks

netflix and many others offer a streaming service , not a download and save/sell on systemSave a Rachael

BBC iplayer has an option to download to device, as does Sky go if you have sky go extra ..
Other than that, you would be stepping into the illigal download territory and such matters are not to be discussed on here
