San 123 Credit Card not on Credit file!?

I have had and managed the Santander 123 CC for around 3 years now, recently I joined a credit reference agency to check my credit history and score/health etc.
This Credit card is NOT on my credit file??
I have contacted both the bank and the credit agency and they cant seem to find the issue here, I have had a written email from my bank manager to the Credit company to prove I have the card etc but its still missing from my file?
I was using a free trial with the credit agency and decided not to pay monthly subscription if this was the case and some of my credit not on my file, the company said the card SHOULD be listed but again could not add it or find it??
This was NOT a limitation of using a free trial.
Can anyone help me with this issue, This is my main CC and has over £1000 limit which would impact my credit file positively.
also....I am now using clearscore and this issue still persists.
Thanks.

  • Did you check your credit file for ALL three major credit reference agencies - Experian, Equifax and Callcredit?

It is quite common for banks to use only one of them, hence your card, accounts need not necessarily show in all 3 credit files.

  • Which credit agency are you checking?

They might appear on one but not the other

The initial Credit agency was Equifax, and their free trial, I have not checked the other 2 as I expected it ALL to show via 1 Agency but this might explain things,
I could be wrong here but I think ClearScore use Equifax too?
The bank and the credit agency both said that the account should show though??
I will try the other 2 agencies.

Experian > Equifax > Call Credit would be my suggestion.

Obviously, any third party (e.g. Clearscore / Noddle) will have similar info to their data provider.
  • Clearscore use Equifax data, therefore if it does not get reported to equifax it won't appear in Clearscore.

Having said that, my old Santander Credit Card account (closed a while ago) does show in Clearscore which tells me that Santander does report to Equifax

Preciecely my point, having been into the bank I have been categorically told that they provide to Equifax for this service (123CC) this is where it all becomes complicated, Equifax having been issued with email evidence of my account, stated that yes the info should show with them but it does not, at which point my free trial expired and I gave up the momentum, thanks for your reply.
