Wrong address on credit files

I finally got around checking my credit reports on Noddle and Clearscore and I noticed some mistakes with my addresses.
Both CRAs show an old address for one of my CA, but when I checked my personal details on the online banking page they were up to date (and should have been for 4 months, since I moved). On top of that, Clearscore records my old address also as the ER address, but again, that was changed over 4 months ago when I moved (I notified the change the same day I notified the council for the CT).
Is there a way to correct these mistakes? Both Noddle and Clearscore advise me to check and change the addresses at the source, but the sources are correct

If your credit reference file is incorrect, then they should contact the credit reference agency involved with evidence of the error and ask them to correct it,or they should at least explain why not.
Noddle is a trading name of Callcredit Consumer Limited, whilst I understand Clearscore takes it's data from Equifax.
It would be quite unusual for both these independent credit reference agencies to make the same error, and hence presumably why it was suggested you check the source.0
