                    Hi all,
I have read up on what to do and am about to send off my response based on Gans example.
However I have noticed they have actually left out the house name from the address, I live in the country side where the postman knows everyone names there the letter still got to me but should I reply as normal with my correct address or leave it wrong as they have? or should i ignore it and claim I never got it as it is the wrong address?
Thanks,

Depends on what's behind the 'claim' and the circumstances.

And is the full address, with house name, correct on your V5c?0

The claim is for 4 charges of parking on university campus, 2 from 2013 (when the advice was to ignore) and 2 from 2015.
Yes my address is correct on V5c.0

Advice in 2013 was NOT to ignore ... even very early in 2013 when we were still finding our feet with the changes due to POFA 2012.
(POFA 2012 enabled keeper liability, so the old Ignore advice was changed).0

My bad, based on what I understood at the time. Thanks for correcting me. But what do I do now?0

Proceed as you said in #1
Read up on how to deal with court action so you are prepared when the claim arrives0

Thank you Quentin! Should I email it or post it? I read a few different things and am not sure.0

As this is so important, I would do both. Take a screenshot for the email/online acknowledgement and a proof of posting from a Post office for the snail mail response.I married my cousin. Thank you! Last question before I send it off, should the email go to UKPC or SCS Law who have sent this letter? They give me a person to email but it is a UKPC address? Surely it should go to SCS Law?0
