Can anyone recommend a Debit/Credit Card that doesn't charge a fee when paying for a transaction in dollars/euros etc? I have a Twitch subscription which is in dollars but I get charged extra when payments are like this.

There are various solutions, the same as those for travel:

You can use your current card(s) without fees by linking them to the Travelex Supercard:

Other convenient solutions are Revolut and Monzo, both free and with no non-sterling fees. (Revolut could be signed up for, loaded, and the virtual card ready for use all within minutes, but there seems to be a kind of waiting list at the moment):

For CCs, I use the following which are all fee free:

• Halifax Clarity
• Santander Zero (available to newcomers again)
• PO Mastercard
• Nationwide Select (if you bank with Nationwide)

Clarity and Zero allow fee-free ATM withdrawals too. (Though you pay interest from the date of withdrawal.) So I'd go for one of these if you think you might travel from time to time.
