I bought my iPad from JL three years ago next February with a 3 year guarantee. For several months now I have a problem where it misses out the letters b, a and sometimes k and it also freezes so you can't type or look up anything. I've preservered but think I should now take it back to Apple or should it be JL to be looked at before the guarantee is outdated. However before I do this I just wondered if anyone else has the same problems with their iPads and if so did they manage to clear it?

Your contract will be with John Lewis so take in there and ask for a repair.0
