Torque wrench settings??

Someone please help i'm losing the will to live!

Can anyone tell me the torque settings for front suspension strut top mount on my ford focus 2007 tdci?
Cannot find them on Internet so if anyone can help or point me in the right direction would be great

3 - 4 white knuckles and re-check a week or so later.

It's not a overly critical

Get a Haynes or workshop manual, if your doing DIY stuff your going to find it very useful.

Reminds me of the time when we had a big nut, the "torque wrench" consisted of a set of bathroom scales and a long bar marked in feet. Weigh yourself and hang on the bar at the appropriate point.
