Print at home fee.

I think it's just a stupid money making thing to charge for print at home.
I try to book elsewhere than ticketmaster as their fees are crazier than most others. Seetickets is usually what I go to for gig tickets, it's usually cheaper.
1. As I previously mentioned, they charge £2.50 for collection as well!! So the £2.50 is paid irrespective of whether you use your own ink or not
2. Both ticketmaster and eventim list the £2.50 charge (ticketmaster is actually the cheaper overall!). Strangely enough, Seetickets don't seem to be selling Ross Noble tickets at this moment (they are still available on TM).0 -
Kindle/mp3s version of physical things are different, they're more convenient, so they can charge more. Nothing's convenient about having to print your own tickets is there? Unless you're a tout wanting to sell it on... then you deserve to pay more!

If a profit can be made then someone will make it.
and Xbox games, where the download through the console is much more expensive than the physical game0 -
Was it possible to purchase direct from the venue.
the last few tickets I have bought, I have done that and saved ££0 -

If you can't get a way form the fee the advertised price is wrong.Do you want your money back, and a bit more, search for 'money claim online' - They don't like it up 'em Captain Mainwaring0

It also annoys me when companies charge a fee for paying by card and you cannot pay in another way! This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

They probably get around that by offering "no fee" if you pay cash in person at the venue booking office.
When I look at Comedians, the first port of call is the venues themselves as they don't charge as much in the way of various fees0 -

But if the fee is £2.50 for post/pick up and print at home like when I've went to look for tickets before, then what's convenient about printing at home when you could have it arrive in the post? It costs you money to print as well (unless you take advantage of printers at work)0 -
