Are you being sarcastic? Of course cow's milk is suitable for humans! It has more nutrients than the other fake milks out there (soya, almond.etc). Cows milk has less sugar than all the others.
I don't get the bad press of cow's milk, people have been drinking it for years without any bad effects. Only certain people can't drink it (people who are lactose intolerant/allergic to dairy).
OP try the lacto free milk to see if that helps with your excema, or you can even make your own almond/hazelnut milk with lots of almonds and water (you need a blender), just google it, then you can add in the amount of sugar/sweetener you want.0 -
Is this the reason that I have Moobs?0

A blender would save me a fortune I think, and be healthier

It's a bit weird that lactating animals produce milk for their young, but that they are then weaned whereas humans continue to drink cows milk in adulthood.
Humans naturally produce less lactase (the enzyme that breaks down lactose) as they get older (because we're not supposed to be drinking milk by then), hence why some people find they start to have problems with milk as they get older.
Having found I had problems with milk myself, I've changed to an oat one. Had to try a few before I found the one with the best flavour, which also has the least fibre and no added inulin (I'm low-FODMAP, so that's important for me). So you could give 0at Drink a try - it's in a blue & green carton, available from the orange logo supermarket among others.0 -
I know a few vegans, male and female.
Try the alternative milks and see which suit you. I love coconut milk in coffee and cereal. I love oat milk in cereal, but it's horrible in coffee.
I hate soya milk on anything!
Take your time and choose which one suits you. It shouldn't matter to anybody else. x0
