Parkingeye fine

Hi there
This is my first post so please bear with me.
I got a parking fine in the post from parking eye.
I have appealed their charge in writing sending a proof of buying a ticket and they have said I've been unsuccessful.
I was parked at prospect place in Dartford and thought that you parked for two hours free then bought a ticket before the two hours was up for the rest of the time you wanted.
They have said I should of bought the ticket when I first got there.
I have now got to appeal to popla and I'm really stuck on what to write and how to word it.
I have looked through the amazing forum at the post/threads but my head is spinning and I'm so confused.
Also to add the registered keeper is my husbands business but when I wrote to parking eye I wrote from the company and didn't put my name but I did write I bought a ticket.
Thank you for taking the time to read.

It is a speculative invoice, not a fine.
It looks like you didn't reveal the driver's identity, which is good.
Post 3 of the NEWBIES thread includes some template appeal points for you to use. The registered keeper needs to send copy and send these to parking lie, but post the appeal here first for the more expert to check over.
I think using the company name to appeal (if that I what appears on the V5 as the registered keeper) is going to make it interesting, so wait for the more experienced posters to reply on that point.
The appeal include at least, no landowner authority, no standing to bring charges in their own name, non-POFA compliant NTK, inadequate signage, flawed ANPR, and anything else relevant. You can also find more information by looking at the most recent appeals in the POPLA Decisions sticky thread.
Spend some time reading the NEWBIES to start to understand how this unregulated scam industry works.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
AS above spend time on reading the newbies thread, and also draft a complaint to the landowners, i'm guessing this is the place: http://www.prospectplace.co.uk/content/contact
something like this ( may need editing/spell checking/typo removing)
Dear British land/Prospect place, Dartford.
On the <date> my vehicle, registration ABC 12XYZ made a visit to Prospect place where upon using the two hours free parking further parking time was purchased, however your agents, Parking Eye still sent me a demand for £100/£80/whatever.
I challenged this decision to your agents and they refused, and still demanded that a not unsubstantial payment was made to your agents, Parking eye.
I am sure that you are fully aware that you are jointly and severally liable for the actions of your agents, and after briefly investigating parking eye, I am shocked and horrified that you believe that it is appropriate for such a predatory company that belongs to an unregulated industry to operate in such a place as Prospect place in Dartford ( search on line for parking eye sue parents of sick child )
Whilst I have been made aware that I can challenge this further to the British Parking Association limited Administered POPLA service, this will take a significant amount of my valuable time in preparing such a challenge,I am therefore asking you to instruct your agents to cancel this parking charge notice with immediate effect, or to recompense me for my expenses and time at £19 per hour ( or part thereof ) for the time and effort i will have to put into challenging it further.
I would also like some re-assurances from yourselves on the measures that you will be putting into place to ensure that such a situation will never occur again. From the Plain Language Commission:
