Taking CE-Ltd to court is it worth it?

                    Hi,
Some time ago I posted on here saying that I received a parking fine from CE Limited appealed and never heard from them again literally nothing for 2 years and then first piece of communication was letter before court that they sent out saying that if I don't pay in 14 days they'll take me to court.
I got advice here about getting in touch with BPA which I did they basically replied saying they don't wanna know and here's the alleged reply that CE sent you 2 years ago.
So I am pretty much now waiting for them to take me to court or pay the £140.
The issue is if they replied on time and gave me a POPLA reference I would have easily won as that car park is poorly managed. Back then it only had signs on lampposts and nothing else but the lampposts don't work 70% of the time to this day. Although since the incident they have erected a big sign upon entry saying 90 mins max.
I am just wondering if I sought legal advice and some representation (don't have anyone so if anyone's willing...) would I be better off going to court against them? Also would I get my legal fees back if I win?

Why not let them take you to court, and enter a counter claim for all your time which they have wasted. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Don't pay the scum a single penny.PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue. :eek:0

The most you could recover - if you win at court - is £50. That's not going to buy you much representation.
Almost all who seek advice here represent themselves after doing the research - there's plenty of information here, PePiPoo, Consumer Advice Group, Leagal Beagles, The Parking Prankster and BMPA forums/websites to get you up to speed.
But wait to see what CEL's next move is.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
