                    Hi there
I am a midwife in an NHS hospital and they hire UK parking control Ltd.
Staff members have to have a scratch card on their dashboard with the date on it or a permit.
I reviewed a parking ticket for having no scratch card although I did have one.
I've ignored the letters as seen on your thread but now the Debt Recovery Plus Ltd are staying in need to pay £120 or court action could be taken.
Do I need to contact them or pay the fine or keep ignoring?
Many thanks
Best wishes
Sophie

Your can safely ignore debt collectors.! ,(Definitely do not contact drp)
This forum doesn't advise that you ignore tickets.
Read the newbies FAQ thread and learn the process advised
As you are getting debt collectors letters you look to be in the wait and see if they take court action stage.0

The tooth fairy has more authority than DRP, they are crooks, will lie and twist things to get your money, never contact them. They also use Gladstone solicitors or Small Claims Solicitors headed notepaper but it will say contact DRP or Zenith, same crooks.0

Debt Scammers Plus cannot take you to court, and that's the last thing they want as they will be sidestepped and get nothing.
The extra £60 is just their rake off for sending you threatening letters, a nice earner for a template letter.
Ignore them and see what happens.
You should not have ignored UKPC's pathetic letters though, they actually sometimes back down with correctly worded NHS staff appeals I know that from being successful with one.0

You won't have seen advice to ignore private parking tickets on here unless you are in Scotland or NI.
Have you complained to your employer that you are being harassed? Have you got your union rep involved?
As already advised, you can safely ignore debt crawlers.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0

You are dealing with two scammers here.
1: UKPC who only survive by trying to extort money from people and are well known to fake pictures to further their extortion
2: DRP, a well known timewaster, a super scammer, a company employed by scammers to try and scare you. Very silly
DRP actually means "Don't Reply Please"
Just ignore these DRP scammers, it's been said thousands of times on forums but they simply do not get the picture
So now you wait, ignore the DRP plebbies and if UKPC want to go further they will let you know and then you come back here for help.
Whatever you do ..... Do not contact DRP AND NEVER NAME THE DRIVER
You will get more rubbish letters from DRP making even more threats which are complete rubbish, DRP know that and so do UKPC
In the meantime, you should contact the hospital admin and request it is cancelled forthwith. I thought that midwifes are now in short supply in the NHS, maybe an email to Jeremy Hunt, he already knows about the scammers like UKPC who infest hospitals
This is one man who needs to wake his ideas up
All you need to do is discover how idiotic DRP are
1: http://www.debtrecoveryplus.co.uk/ <<<< they still think the Beavis case is the key to their stupid statements ..... they need to wake up to the real world
 THEN .... http://www.debtrecoveryplus.co.uk/parking-services/
"We offer a 'no collection, no fee service', therefore our growth has been achieved by making successful collections, not by charging upfront fees."
So, there is your answer, no reply OR PAY to DRP means they earn ZERO
No wonder PPC's take the p*ss out of DRP0

            Thanks everyone.
I will be discussing this with me manager and the carpark admin and if no action is taken then it will be a letter to Jeremy hunt!0
