It would be our only home.
It just occurred to me that each person might have a sort of allowance or something but no, it is levied on the property so it's always going to be £5,000 on a £300k house. Shame.0 -
Don't forget the 20% VAT on EA's fee of around 1%.
Removals packing and wrapping, a grand min I'd say. And worth EVERY BLOODY PENNY!
