Hi
It's a Samsung ecobubble & approx 5 years old.
I've tried switching it off & back on.
I've tried other programmes & it starts making the right noises & then after a minute it just sticks where it is.
I've tried cleaning out the filter at the front.
It doesn't seem willing / able to turn the drum or spin.
Any ideas what the problem might be ?
Is it worth fixing or buy a new one ?
Cheers
Jen

Does the drum spin freely when turned by hand?
Or . . . It may be the motor brushes are worn.
Approximately? Do you have 5year warranty from Samsung?approx 5 years old
