Timeshares - GETTING OUT

We know we have been extremely stupid and signed up last year for a timeshare with CLC world (DO NOT GO NEAR THEM) we had advice that we were totally mis - sold this!! Collected at 9:00 and taken by bus from our resort to another and no way to escape finally left at 7:00pm after a day away from our children, myself crying and being shown 3 types of apartment. We were promised the earth (or points illegal in Spain) and now know we can get nothing for them. On the DAY we signed once signed a contract with Barclays partners (this is not barclays from the high street as we thought) and this is where we know spanish law will be on our side this is illegal there. We are now locked into a loan agreement with them of £16,000 to receive nothing!!! We meet with a solicitor who has explained that people do win these cases but wants £6000 to get out of it. Is there a cheaper way help? Please help us escape this hell.

Is it a contract or just paper with words on it?Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0

I am not sure if I am using the site correctly, but I need some advice in relation to a contract I signed with sell my timeshare/monster rewards who are planning to take legal action if I do not pay for their product. I admit I signed the contract, but have not received any of their vouchers and they have not started any work for me on a timeshare exit via timeshare lawyers. Any advice will be appreciated.0

Why would they start anything for you before you pay them?0 -
What ever you do, do not give them any money.

Never pay money up front for someone to sell your timeshare.
Can you not go down this route?
