Is it true that if you buy something in Mcdonalds and then show your student card that you get a free cheeseburger?

Depends if it's franchised or McDonald's owned. I do believe official ones do, free cheeseburger/hamburger/mcflurry with a meal, but franchised ones, some do some dont.[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"The internet is a great way to get on the net."

how do you know if it's franchised or MacDonald's owned? I thought they all were franchises in this country?☆ §ügÅr cØÅTëÐ pØï§Øn ☆

Just ask, when you place your order, can i have a free.... and flash your nus card at them, most of the time they will say yes but if they dont participate in the offer then dont worry.
I have two top mcdonalds tips for you;
1) they will make you fat whilst not filling you up and giving you awful indigestion (im not a big fan)
2) My friend tells me that if when you flash your card you ask for a flurry instead of the burger, the worker will normally be on autopilot and throw a burger in the bag. When you get your food given to you, ask where the free flurry is and they will never ask for the burger back.....result...2 freebies instead of one.0 -
lol I can't disagree with you about the quality of the food.. and I do get killer heartburn after I eat it.. OH gets really smelly wind after eating it too :eek: but it's useful to know if occasionally I'm stuck with no other option or I just fancy putting some rubbish into my body
in case anyone likes big macs.. here's a buy one get one free voucher for a big mac, you just print it off and hand it over

Not all places offer the flurry. I was told that I could only have a burger free even though the sign said burger or flurry.
You will probably have to buy a meal to get the burger/flurry.Official DFW Nerd Member 507'Proud to be dealing with my debts'0 -
I've always been turned down by Maccy D's, "we don't offer that".0
