Thank you all for your replies. Circle management just keep saying that they do not have the information that the buyers solicitors need.
This is the advantage of selling at auction. The available information is assembled in the auction pack before the auction.
After the auction there is no point in the buyer's conveyancer dreaming up all sorts of things that they 'need'. Strangely enough they manage to work with what they have got under those circumstances.0 -
Another vote for auction. Although, if the management company don't supply the relevant legal information, it would probably be withdrawn from the auction on the day if it doesn't have a legal pack so they could still scupper your parents' attempt to sell.0

Yes it is information that they should have, otherwise we wouldn't have an issue. The whole process is just stressing my parents out. Just seems to be one hurdle after another. Will definitely look into auction. Thank you all for your advice x0
