Travelling to Arsenal - Good plan?
trickster
Off to the Arsenal match tonight and am travelling from Dorset on my own.
My plan was to drive to Hammersmith, leave car there somewhere and tube it (I think it's a direct line) Then I obviously need to get back there after the match then drive home
Does this seem like a good plan, or can I make it any easier for myself? Does anyone have any other advice (first time I have done this).
Thanks.

Hiya trickster gotta say I would be more tempted to go by train all the way on a cheap day return (I know it's £47 pounds from Dorchester but that includes your tube and gets you there in about 3 hours), given the time of day you will reach the M25 bare in mind the bit between the M3 and the M4 (Heathrow) is normally very busy. You don't wanner miss the start due to an accident etc and car parking in Hammersmith is mainly NCP etc. If you do drive (prob left already) think about Hounslow as an alt which is still on the victoria line. Good luck!:beer:0

Since when??
But in all seriousness, if you have to watch the gunners, i'd train it as well. But it's hell getting out afterwards, if you're in a hurry, leave early.0
