GAP HOLIDAY PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS (THE “PROMOTION”)

ENTRY
Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The Promotion is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 and over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
There are two entry routes to enter the Promotion; you need to either (i) complete the entry form and submit your form between 12:01am on 11 November to 11:59pm on 11 December 2016 to receive one entry into the prize draw (“Entry Route 1”); or (ii) sign up for Gap’s marketing emails in any Gap specialty store between 12:01am on 11 November to 11:59pm on 8 December 2016 to receive one entry into the prize draw (“Entry Route 2”).
One entry per person will be accepted.
The Promoter reserves the right not to accept entries from any entrant who fails to satisfy the entry criteria set out above and/or who it perceives to be unsuitable to enter the Promotion for any reason.
If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete entries or entries that are not received for any reason.
WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE PROCESS
The first 35,000 entrants from Entry Route 1 only will receive a discount code worth £10 to spend on their next hotel and flight booking with Lastminute.com. The discount must be booked by 31 December 2017. Terms and conditions apply to the redemption of the Lastminute.com discount code, and it must be redeemed in line with its terms and conditions. The voucher is only valid for use on the website https://www.lastminute.com section “Flight + Hotel” to book a holiday;
The voucher is to be used before, and not after 31/12/2017;
The voucher cannot be combined with other vouchers.
The voucher can be used repeatedly until the credit depletion or it can be integrated with payment by credit card in case of bookings where the price exceeds the value of the voucher;
The voucher is always issued in Euros and when used automatically converted into the chosen currency (GBP);
The voucher cannot be given to third parties, sold or converted into money. It is not partially or wholly reimbursable, even in case of loss or theft.
One winner (the “Winner”) will be selected at random from all valid entries from Entry Route 1 and Entry Route 2 on 12 December 2016.
The Promotor's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Winner will receive a phone call and an email to the email address provided on 13 December 2016 between 9am and 5pm confirming their success.
To claim the Prize (as defined below) the Winner will need to confirm their acceptance of the Prize by 20 December 2016. The Promoter will request any information deemed necessary to verify each of the Winner. The Winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize if:
The winner does not respond within the timeframe set out above; or
The winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these terms and conditions; or
The winner fails to provide any required additional information for the purposes of allowing the Promoter to verify the winning entry; or
The winner declines the prize.
If the Winner is deemed to have forfeited the Prize the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner from the remaining valid entries.
On confirming their acceptance of the prize within the timeframe set out above the winner will win
(a) four economy return flights to New York, NY, USA from a London Airport. Other UK domestic airports may be offered by Lastminute.com include Manchester, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Newcastle and Aberdeen but are subject to availability. Direct flights are not guaranteed, and in-direct flights may be offered. Check-in luggage may not be included in your flight ticket, as per the individual ticket fare rules, which will be made available to you at the time of booking.
(b) up to 5 nights’ hotel accommodation, in a 4* category hotel in Manhattan, based on two people sharing double/twin room on a room only basis.
The Winner will need to contact Lastminute.com’s customer relations team on reservations@lastminute.com to book their Prize on or before 30 June 2017 and the Prize must be taken by 31 December 2017. Package max commercial value: £6,800 per package. The Flight + Hotel package value is based on flights from London Airports. Other UK domestic airports (Manchester, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Newcastle and Aberdeen) are subject to availability and can be requested within the max commercial value of the package.
Accommodation: includes up to 5 nights’ hotel accommodation, in a 4* category hotel in Manhattan, based on two people sharing two double/twin rooms on room only basis.
Flights: includes round trip flight ticket, at the best available price at time of booking, to selected destination for 4 people. Direct flights are not guaranteed to your selected destination, and in-direct flights may be offered. Check-in luggage may not be included in your flight ticket, as per the individual ticket fare rules, which will be made available to you at the time of booking. Flight tickets are valid from London airports only, other UK domestic airports may be requested within the max commercial value of the package.
Booking & travel period: The package must be booked at least 1 month before the preferred departure date (no restriction for NYE). All bookings must be made by 30/06/2017 and all travel has to be completed by 31/12/2017. No other travel period restrictions included.
Booking request: the reservation request has to be sent to the dedicated address reservations@lastminute.com with the following information: name and last name, voucher code, mail address, telephone number, 3 different departure dates, departure airport, the age of the passengers and any notes. At least one passenger has to be an adult. The reservation will be completed by phone with a lastminute.com travel agent who will contact the winner within 2 working days regarding the best trip options for his preferences.
Notice: The package combinations that can be booked are uniquely the ones selected and offered by lastminute.com travel agents at the time of the booking and that will be respectful of the Terms & Conditions of the prize. The offers are the same as offered by lastminute.com group properties.
At least one of the passengers has to be an adult.
Winner will be liable for all expenses requested that are not included in the prize and for no reimbursement or booking alternative in case of travellers booking voluntary cancellation/no show.
The code is valid for one booking only. Once the winner uses it, they cannot use it again for other Holidays packages bookings or receive any leftover credit.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable or refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
The Prize does not include additional costs including but not limited to spending money, holiday insurance and airport transfers. The Winner is responsible for any other expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out at section 13 above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
GENERAL
Entrants consent to the processing of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes and administration of the Promotion. Entrants' data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering this promotion only. Such data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
Entrants entering the Promotion through Entry Route 2 can opt out of Gap’s marketing emails at any time through the unsubscribe button at the bottom of Gap’s emails. Data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
