[LoveItCoverIt] Need advice on how to proceed. Horrible gut feeling.

Just thought I'd update and put this to rest. Long story short, after some chasing via email, they eventually sent out a cheque for the amount less my excess. I took the phone in and got it repaired. It took less then a week for the repair center to do their stuff.

LoveItCoverIt did come good in the end, but they didn't really deliver the premium service I'd expected I would receive when I purchased the policy. I will look at alternatives when my policy is up.

Feel free to send them an "Official Complaint", there is a good chance they will send you an ex gratia payment to make up for their poor service.
