Metrolink - Care Parking

I have come across the following that may help others with PCN's issued by Care Parking at Metrolink Station Car Parks.
Also page links of the copy of the Customer Licence Agreement between Metrolink & Care Parking hold - Although this is dated Feb 2012 it may well still be in force if the Customer - Care Parking have not cancelled it.

Please find below TfGM’s response to your Freedom of Information Act request which was received at this office on 2 September 2016.

"Please confirm the legal owner of the land comprised of the Metrolink car park at Stretford Metrolink Station, Edge Lane, Stretford, M32 8HW. Please provide evidence of ownership where possible."

Please note we can confirm TfGM hold information in this regard and that we are in fact the legal owners of the land at the address as set out above.
Please note under Section 21 of the Act, we are not required to provide information which is already reasonably accessible to the applicant by other means. The information you have requested in relation to evidence of ownership is available via the land registry website:

If you are not satisfied with the response in this letter you may ask for an internal review. If you would like an internal review you should contact me in the first instance. My e-mail address is at the end of this letter.
