Would you waste your time appealing to POPLA with this scenario or just say bring it on - I'll see you in court. Forget about the six year stuff
Caught by ANPR 8.30 - 8.45 a.m. Then take car to be serviced.
Go back to same car park 4.45 -5 pm
Get invoice for being in car park 8.30 - 5pm
Appeal to scum bag with copy of invoice from dealership, appeal rejected.

Waste their money, go to POPLA, you never know, POPLA might play dumbo as well ..... at least you tried, let a judge see your evidence and then claim your costs.
