Yesterday my mother received letter from DRP Dept recovery!
You can ignore debt letters - tell mum NOT to ring them, NOT to contact them:

You can complain to the parking firm and to their Trade Body and you are also encouraged whole-heartedly by this forum, to write to:
- the DVLA to complain about your Mum's data being handed over to this bunch (ex-clampers I think) despite an original appeal being sent in June, prior to the NTK. If that appeal named you as the driver and gave your name and address, this lot had no cause to get your Mum's data.*
