Electric panel heaters with auto cut off

Hi,
I have a holiday let. It is heated with a multi fuel burner and the bedrooms each have electric radiators. Guests are taking advantage of the electric radiators and just having them on full all the time and its costing me far too much. The last guests didn't even put them off when they left and they were on for a couple of days until I got there to do the turn around. Its just not always possible to get there on the day.
So I would like to put in heaters that cut off after a couple of hours. Guests could put them on when they wanted and they would automatically switch off after a couple of hours therefore not being on all day while they are out or all day after they have left and so on.
I have trawled the internet but not come up with anything. Anyone else found anything or got any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

I had a real hard think......and then had a lightbulb moment that may work.
I thought, if only there was a system, like lighting, that detected movement or lack thereof, and turns off the electrics after a certain time...
And it seems, it does exist.....pir plug sockets....who would have thought!
The trick is to find ones that let you control the switch off period through lack of movement.
Night times could be an issue however.....although...if you can find ones that have a switch off time of more than 3hrs, it may be OK.

Depending on the power of the radiators, they may have fused spurs rather than sockets. You may have to check if it is safe to replace the spur with a socket. There may be a maximum load these pir sockets can handle too.
I cannot say how good the product is (or products like it) so have a look around. Try to buy from a reputable seller. That one is available form Tesco Direct it seems.
That is the best I can do....
Alternatives are:
1. Increase rent prices to cover excessive cost.
2.Take a deposit citing excessive energy use will be deducted and leave a big sign saying "ensure electrics are off", or give them a checkout check-list.
3. Install a prepay meter with a set credit already on, or leave details of how to top up if they require more. (this may turn off some customers and come across a bit cheap)0 -
I suspect that plug-in modules would be defeated by some guests so you'd really need a hard-wired solution. These interval timer switches intended for immersion heaters might fit the bill. Can also be bought in 1-hour maximum versions

Or there are a few different types of time delay switches here that could be used to replace the fused spur/socket.

You often find similar time switches supplying air con units in holiday lets abroad.
They look like this...
