UKPC windscreen ticket Brunel

Hi all,

Fighting another PCN for a family member. They received a windscreen ticket, I missed the 28 day window to appeal (by about 7 days). However, they have not yet received an NtK.

I read the newbies thread but I'm not clear, should I wait until NtK arrives to appeal or just submit a late appeal now and get POPLA?

If you missed the first 28 days NEVER appeal until the NTK arrives or you are appealing in a 'dead' few weeks. The appeal has to look as though it was from the keeper and on time. So wait for the next 'appeal window'.
