Hi, Got a problem with National Parking Enforcement. I parked in a car park in Norwich (that I've since learned has a mix of permit and 1hr parking spaces) in May this year. The spaces for permit have a bit of yellow with the white paint. On parking I got out to see that it was permit only (sign not really great to see without parking and nothing written on the ground either) got back in the car and moved to a space that is 1hr. I was parked up wrong for about 15 seconds. About a month later, a Parking Charge Notice arrived, by now the early payment reduction had expired. Thinking of it as a con I did nothing with it, They've since passed it onto DRP who are now at the stage of £136 reduced from £160 (expires tomorrow). To be honest I really don't know what to do with it as i've left it. On the PCN it says From 00/00/0000 at 0:00:00 and To the date and time the picture was taken - no mention that I moved quickly upon realising that i was in the wrong place.
