Smart Parking fine Dundee

I have received a parking fine for Brown Street, Dundee from Smart Parking outside my gym from camera photographs. I have been parking there for over a year and never received a fine as many Puregym users use it as well. I had a UKPC fine a few years back down at Gallagher Retail Park and just ignored the notices, threatening letters from debt collectors etc.
Should I ignore this one as well? Or as it's a different company with offices in Perth, Scotland, should I be worried?

when laws were implimented in 2012 , the protection of freedom act , it was not taken up in scotish law , therefore the "tell us who it was or your quilty" does not apply , they have to PROVE you were the driver to take you to courtSave a Rachael

POFA 2012 (keeper liability) doesn't apply in Scotland so as long as you don't reveal the drivers identity you are safe to ignore.REVENGE IS A DISH BETTER SERVED COLD0

HI,
I received one yesterday, I too use the parking after 8 pm while going to gym, but that parking spot is part of the gym and i never had any issue before. Should I ignore this ?0 -

a) If it's exactly the same circumstances in exactly the same place, why would you think exactly the same advice wouldn't apply? If you're in Scotland, as long as you don't name the driver, then you are free to ignore, or to write back asking them to evidence the driver as POFA2012 Schedule 4 for Keeper Liability is not applicable - and THEN ignore.
b) Forum rules are "one PCN, one thread". Please start your own thread if you can't find the answers you need from reading (in this case you can.)
c) Read the **NEWBIES** thread first. t's one of the three sticky threads at the very top of page 1.0
