Full Prize Details:

• The prize is supplied by Canterbury Travel (London) Limited (company number: 00995587) of 843 Finchley Road, London, NW11 8NA (“Supplier”). The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value, without notice, if circumstances make it necessary to do so.
• The winner will receive tickets for the ‘Magical Interlude’ experience for a family of 4 to Luosto, Finland (“Magical Interlude”), full details of which can be found at http://www.santa-holidays.com/santa-experiences/3-night-santa-tour-magical-interlude/.
• ”Magical Interlude” refers to an experience of Luosto lasting 3 nights and 3 days, copyright of which is reserved by the Supplier.
• ‘Family of 4’ refers to 2 adults and 2 children, whereby the adults are aged 18 or over and the children aged 2-11 (inclusive).
• A request to add additional family members to the Magical Interlude can be made to the Promoter at additional cost to the prize winner. Adding one adult to the Magical Interlude will cost £1,379.50 and adding one child to the Magical Interlude will cost £1,264.50. A request to add an additional family member to the Magical Interlude must be made by 01/06/2017 and the Promoter reserves the right to refuse any such request.
• ‘Dec 6th 2017’ is the confirmed date of departure for the Magical Interlude, and cannot be altered. This is in accordance with the Supplier.
• The Magical Interlude includes the following:

• departure and return flights from London Gatwick Airport to Rovaniemi Airport, Finland. Tours in this programme are undertaken by charter flights. Charter services are based on the use of various carriers from airports as specified in the programme. Flight times are subject to final slot confirmation by the airport authorities. The flight duration is on average 3 ½ hours each way. Flights include all transfers from Rovaniemi Airport to Luosto and in-flight catering. The Promoter shall bear no responsibility for missed flights;
• ‘All meals’ refers to a full-board experience, with all meals included during the three nights’ accommodation as part of the prize. Winners must pay for all beverages during the stay and any additional items;
• three nights’ accommodation in a traditional log cabin in Luosto, with log fire and sauna. The exact specification of accommodation is down to the discretion of the Supplier;
• thermal snow suits and boots will be provided by the Supplier to all members of the winning party and must be returned, undamaged to the Supplier. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damaged items and the additional costs that such damage may incur; and
• Arctic activities to be arranged at the Supplier’s discretion which will likely include: a 90 minute reindeer and husky experience, a 1.5 kilometre snowmobile and sleigh ride, Santa’s special elves, tobogganing, journey to the Magical Post Office, meet the Elves at home, a festival Gala dinner and a private family meeting in Lapland. Activities cannot be guaranteed by the Promoter and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any changes to the activities itinerary. If a change to the activities itinerary is made a suitable replacement will be suggested by the Supplier.

• The prize does not include standard travel insurance or winter sports insurance (winter sports insurance must be obtained, at the expense of the winner, in order to take part in a number of activities during the Magical Interlude), the cost of transfers to and from airports or stations in the UK, spending money, tax or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
• You will be responsible for ensuring that you and any person travelling with you are available to travel and hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents for the Magical Interlude.
