pwergen gas and elec
Received a bill from Powergen on the 5th Sept changing our DD from £82 to £182:eek: because we have a balance of £562...god knows how
Just phoned them to ask if they could reduce this DD amount to £130, but was told you have to clear it within 6 months or they could put me on a prepaid meter. After searching on here about the meters, i'd rather not!!.
In the end she said she'd ring me back after having a word with her manager.Phoned me back and said they could only reduce it to £152 a month, spreading it out over 9 months. Had to agree to this:mad:
She also said I could change to a new cheaper tarrif, saving me a £100 a year, from energy online to energyonline extra saver. So if your are stuck with these rip off merchants and owe too much to change suppliers, then this may save us a £ or 2;)
Roll on 9 months:rolleyes:
